Condo Remodel

This was a great project for us from start to finish! Our client was looking to add value to the unit before listing to sell but had a tough time finding a reliable contractor and did not know what direction she wanted to go as far as design. We were able to consult her on the design and brainstorm ideas on selections. I would like to thank my client for trusting us with the design and being so understanding during the process. Check out the final result's, such a gratifying project and can say we achieved the vision and then some the client was going for.
For flooring we used a Vesinet Oak luxury plank paired with 5 1/4 inch baseboards to really open the space up. We painted walls and ceilings a bright white to again make the space feel larger than the square footage allows. For countertops we went with a Calcutta grey quartz to complete the new island top, we installed a new double stainless steel 18 gauge sink with new faucet. For hardware we kept it consistent with the brushed nickel theme. The backsplash is a marble iceberg hexagon pattern with an avalanche grout that compliments the countertops and new shaker cabinets. We went with a bold move for the fireplace by stuccoing over the stone, painting the stucco and adding a scraped wood mantel and I can say it really came out well! In the bathroom with installed a frameless shower glass, cabinets, and new vanity with quartz top, we also installed a new door for laundry along with all new accessories.
